ICDRI Announces Accessibility Oversight Consulting Services

The International Center for Disability Resources on the Internet (ICDRI) is pleased to announce the launch of our Accessibility Oversight Consulting Services. Seeking to further our mission on global accessibility for electronic and information technology, our Executive Director, Cynthia D. Waddell, JD, brings her national and international expertise in law, policy and technology to this new business venture. Ms. Waddell is formerly of CIBER Accessibility Center of Excellence.

"We're ecstatic", says Mark D. Urban, Chair of ICDRI's Board of Directors. "There isn't another person on the globe with Cynthia's combination of experience, intellect, and energy when it comes to the needs of people with disabilities or special needs and their use of information technology to tap into their true potential."

ICDRI is currently responding to Requests for Proposals where accessible design of technology is a key deliverable for such projects. A number of governmental agencies have expressed their interest in our services and so we are now issuing a call for accessibility partners.
