Site Summary: HUMAN RESOURCE PROMOTION FOR RURAL DEVELOPMENT (HRPRD) is non-governmental and also a non-profit making one whose ultimate aim is to improve the skill levels of the Children and Youths of the Rural Areas on a country wide basis In Africa in general and West Africa in particular.

This objective is satisfied by training Children and Youths who are not undergoing formal education because of lack of Financial Support but can be useful for Rural development when thier human capital is improved.

both financially and technically for the faster realisation of it objectives.
