| Digital Millennium Copyright Act(DMCA) Copyright Exemption Ruling for AccessibilityOctober 30, 2003
The Library of Congress has ruled there are four exemptions to the DMCA. One of these will give blind and visually impaired users better and more extensive access to digital materials. More information is available at:
