Christine Maxwell Prepares and Presents First ISOC Discussion Paper to UNESCO

Christine Maxwell, Vice Chairman of the Internet Society, has edited an presented the first ISOC discussion paper to UNESCO entitled "Global Trends that Will Impact Universal Access to Information Resources,"

It was presented at UNESCO's INFO/ETHICS 2000 Conference - Right to Universal Access to Information in the 21st Century.

Two of the Center's Advisory Board Members, Cynthia Waddell and Michael Burks, helped contribute to the section on disability issues.
