The IX Sidar Conference

The IX Sidar Conference will be held in Bilbao, Spain, November 7th to 9th.
The Technical Secretariat of the II Information Society World Summit of Cities
and Local Authorities (IT4ALL) has considered that the conclusions of the IX
Sidar Conference would be a valuable contribution to be integrated into the
"Declaration of Bilbao" and to be transferred later to the World Summit on the
Information Society (WSIS) (Tunisia, November 16th to 18th, 2005).
To increase the participation of people who cannot assist to the IX SIDAR
Conference, we have published beforehand a first draft of its conclusions. After
the Conference the conclusions will be submitted by Charles McCathieNevile,
Vice-President of the Sidar Foundation, to the IT4ALL Summit.
