The John Templeton Foundation is sponsoring an essay contest. There is a 100,000 dollar first prize. Anyone can enter and there is no entry fee. it is a call for compelling essays on purpose and to help spark people to achieve their goals and to help bring about the achievement of noble goals.

In my experience people with disabilities have an excellent understanding of purpose and how it can affect one's life and ability to accomplish difficult things.

It would be outstanding if a large number of people with disabilities would enter this contest and even better if they won it. There are several prizes and the web site at http://www.powerofpurpose.org/ has a layout of the rules.
