Site Summary:  SIGNews is a new opportunity by CSD (Communication Services for the Deaf) to provide news for signers. In the past few years, the Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing communities have seen the several important newspapers disappear; SIGNews will fill the need for a signer's newspaper. SIGNews also will include the hearing families and professionals that live with us.
